They are medium sized breeding pens (so your cats have a little bit of room to run around) and there for you to stash those loving cats to save on your prims at your home, or wherever you are making them mate.
Of course you are allowed to use these pens and other rentals as you wish, they don't have to be only for breeding, but it's just an idea that we think is great!
