I have never heard that they couldn't be a special size. Size is totally random with the majority of cats being normal sized. There probably aren't a ton of Fancie cats out on the market so the chances of them being normal sized would seem more often.
I would love if we could have this confirmed. And if they don't currently come in different sizes I hope they introduce this in the future.
