Place the cats next to each other, click one of the cats, breed, partner, check if the name is correct, choose once or repeat and voilà.

Do be aware that the partnership breaks after 11 days if no box is produced, even with auto repartnering so its not a good idea to partner cats at birth, wait a few days. I usually wait til they are 7 days old and gaining love.
Also make sure paired cats sleep cycles are the same or you can find the partnership breaks after 11 days simply because the cats aren't both awake with double hearts at the same time.
