RE: Thought about the Miracle Menagerie Bottle
Thank you Gwen, I did feel personally attacked by Kayleigh. Especially after I said I'm a shy poster as well she goes to attack me to quieten me down. But I won't step down from what I believe.

I'm sorry you take my posts as condencending. English isn't my first language, so I always try to write grammatically correct when it is serious discussions, so I won't be taken wrong or have words put into my mouth. Thank you Keltora for showing me that it doesn't matter if I try to write grammatically correct and with good spelling. I will get words put into my mouth no matter what I try.

Yes, I have the bottle, but the defintion of jealousy is still the same. I have yet to recieve a different defintion and explanation by the people defending this idea. So I will stand on that point for a while longer.
I don't think it is good for business, not for KC and especially not for the Secondary Market. If the bottle costs money, KC will recieve the whining and begging of sales and people want it free and everything the Permapet bottles are recieving at the moment from the community, the constant threads that keep popping up and the chat in group about it being too expensive. If the bottle happens, the Secondary Market will be flooded with old collectibles that people have menageried since long. Like Dreampoetz mentioned. They too have cats they want back. Imagine if all the new breeders that menageried an old collectible suddenly can get 3 of them back?

Don't regret making this thread, it is good it's coming up for discussion. Just because not everyone share your thoughts on this idea.

RE: Thought about the Miracle Menagerie Bottle
If it pleases you to think its jealousy JC by all means have at it. Wink

I never put words into your mouth. In fact quite the opposite if you go back and read. I pointed out that although myself had interpreted your tone a certain way, it doesn't make it correct which is why I don't take what your saying personally.

Just like I've been told before I can sound short or snippy at times with how what I write comes across. Just a personal example, not putting words into your mouth.

The one reason I regret creating this thread is the heated friction, not because some don't agree with me. There is a difference between friction in a discussion and simply having a different opinion and thought process.

On that note I'm done with going back and forth.

RE: Thought about the Miracle Menagerie Bottle
hi all Smile

please keep your chat about ideas and if you have an issue with someone, please write them privately to discuss it.

also remember... sometimes tone and even meaning gets lost in text when people are speaking different languages.

i'd hope for us all to hope and believe the best of each other. i think everyone is coming from a place of caring and of course from a place of how THEY see it... no two of us see all things the same... that's ok.

so from here on out, if you have an issue with anyone posting, will you please take it up with them privately and try to believe the best of each other. i know it's hard... but you are all great.

I can't believe I have to explain this but here goes:
Jealousy is a feeling one can have in regards of not having the same as some others
but is not necessarelly an emotion the OP felt when she asked a magic bottle for newer breeders too.
In her explaination I sensed strongly the feeling of her finding that more fair and rather than something she was envious or angry about that others did have that opportunity and she didn't.
Jealousy therefore can be seen as a negative classification of her request.
You simply don't know what she feels but I was not taking that from her words.

Also she asked a question in the feedback corner from which we know owners read it and wether or not go for it.
I remember I suggested flame whiskers to go with flame and red furs and also Onyx eyes not sure if it was due to my request but today they are here.
More than on other parts of the forum this isn't really the place to discuss a request or be judgemental about it.
She simply asked the owners a question or placed a request and as she continued she explained as to why she felt this was the right thing to ask for as you, for her sensibilities, was condescending towards her request she probably felt pushed in defense.

Futhermore I am not English at heart either still I take full responsibility for what I write and how anyone is taking it which is naturally subjective.
And in this case this was certainly so as well.
Although you freely assumed about my intentions while you do not even know me and someone else not privately (which is OK in the TOS) but in public (which is not OK in the TOS) telling me I was breaking the TOS and you thanked her for that (not OK in the TOS).
This makes you equally quilty and at that moment you had no point anymore certainly not because laterin your post you started to talk about me and openly speculated about my intentions wait it was not even speculation you pointed it out as the truth (not OK according the TOS).
Gosh, oh well I understand emotions and you being upset about how you think I meant something so it's oke really.
I go a long way on these forums and have seen a lot and I can only say I don't care so much for people not understanding me correctly nor do I care what they assume cause it are frequently people who don't know me and that makes me care less because they are often wrong about my intentions and I don't even feel the need to correct this because that is rather pointless since people tend to only care for what they think the intensions were rather than listen to an explantion.
Everyone lives their own truth based on what they have faced in life they judge a situation nothing can be done about that.

I am also shy but if I can't stand the heat I should stay away from the kitchen and this certainly can be the case on these forums and in life as well.
If we cared for what everyone thought of us we could better lock ourselves up in our house and feel selfpitty to the fullest.

So there were 3 shy people 2 tried to move a topic forward in the OP's attempt to suggest something and the other shy person was telling the OP she was wrong and treated her in a condescending way that was how I felt about it too.
There! a little clue why I said what I said and how I said it.

Perhaps if you feel so strongly opposed to what the OP was trying to move forward you should open your own suggestion thread and rant there about why KC should not do it.
I can also read that as if you begrudging newer breeders privileges older breeders had because you think less of them or you want to be more or better than them and that you are elitish even.
Also as you told you was to pick up your bottle as soon as you logged in.

To make it perfectly clear I absolutely do not think you felt that way but it is so easy to fill other's motives out in a negative way.
I just think you like to interfere from out some sort of responsibility towards the business.
Yet an other clue as for what I wrote.
I chimed in on this thread as I empathised with the OP as I have been there: sad about lost kitties and so so so happy with the miracle bottle.
I felt she deserved the same relief I felt.

Long story short it came across as curious one breeder told an other why a suggestion was wrong.
You are both customers with equal rights to speak directly to the owners via this feedback corner.
One of the only ways to bring something to the notion of all the owners notion or we can write the 3 of them the same notecard with such suggestion.
I bet the OP wished she had do just that.

I sure hope not that you arbitrate every suggestion anyone can make here because it used to be a convenient way to make suggestions.
It is sad the OP feels not comfortable, no she regrets even, that she even made a suggestion.
If that is the case something definately went wrong!
