Decorating Start and Notecards to Dee - Mon 23rd September until Sunday 13th October.
Voting starts - Monday 14th October until Thursday 31st October.
Winner announced at Dee's earliest chance thereafter.

Rules:
Only entrants to the decoration contest may have extra prims at that time.
