Star the traits listed on your Royal Kitty are a costume. If you look at the actual pedigree it will show you the actual traits that your kitty has. For instance the Sapphire Eyes in MOST instances are a costume. Just as the cape, the fussy tail and the 2 tone fussy whiskers. There are however some instances where these traits are true. The only way to tell is to look at the actual pedigree.
Hope that helps

I remember that Callie once said she didn't understand the term perfect eye concept which auctioneers used. Because she made this in mind, that the myst eyeshape was made for big pupils and curious eyeshape was made for small pupils.
I would think this goes back to those first few breeders and auctioneers that dictated what was considered a "true" trait and attached a value to them based on their dominant or recessive placement. I mean lets look at this honestly, a White Russian with 18 Gold Eyes will not fetch the same price as a Soft Black with Ody Bellini and a Blush shade. WE as buyers and sellers have created the market as it is right now. Many look for those recessive traits, and bypass the cream tabby with mint julep eyes, or the white Russian with morning glory eyes...simply based on the recessive "value".
