RE: New Desert Sage eyes
It generally does take 2 generations to do a standard bonk and pull proof. You've done the bonk versus Dreamy Oasis/Magic Kiss.
Now you have to take a kid and do the pull. You say you did that once and that box hides Fairy Dust... this is a standard sort of result.
You just have to open the next box and pull that presumably hidden Desert Sage to get the proof.
Good luck and thank you for doing the testing.

Thanks Ivy. I might have another go at it at some point, but I have waaaaayyyyyy too many cats open and eating kibble at the moment lol

I have just realised something though... I can say with 100% certainty that desert sage has to at least be recessive to Magic Glass.

I've only just noticed this, but when I put the starter which hides Desert Sage with another starter to breed for the special baby, which turned out to be a "clover in dover", the special baby showed Magic Glass eyes, which means that both of those starters must have passed their hidden eyes, and since magic glass was the eye that showed on the special baby, desert sage must be hiding on it!

RE: New Desert Sage eyes
I hear you, but the thing is that Racham passed one eye (Dreamy Oasis) 7 times out of 8, so this kind of repetition could happen Big Grin.

Bethseda shows Desert Sage and hides Fairy Dust. Racham, Beth's partner, shows Dreamy Oasis and hides Magic Kiss. The above shows that out of 8 kittens from this pair 7 have shown dreamy oasis, and the 8th shows Magic Kiss. However you'll notice one of those dreamy oasis kittens was birthed and called "Desert Sage test male". I partnered that one with a fairy dust and got another fairy dust kitten from them! But seriously, what are the chances of Beth having passed Fairy Dust 8 times in a row??? Confused

RE: New Desert Sage eyes
Kinky already posted proof that Hershey is hiding the Desert sage. Putting Hershey to another started gave magic glass,

So Kinky is correct Desert Sage must br recessive to magic glass

Desert Sage is recessive to Tide Pool

First pic shows the desert sage must be hiding under tide pool and the second pic proves the starter is definitely desert sage.
